Enslaved + Ghost Brigade

Enslaved + Ghost Brigade live in München: Am 29.02.2012 kommen die Metal-Bands Enslaved und Ghost Brigade zu einem Konzert nach München in die Backstage Halle!

Enslaved was formed in 1991 and has been important in the development of the entire genre in Norway and abroad. Three of their 11 albums have received the Norwegian Grammy (Spellemanspris) and their album Isa from 2004 put Enslaved in the forefront of contemporary Extreme metal both as recording and live artists. This album also gave the band their first Norwegian Grammy as well as the independent Alarm prize. They received their second Norwegian Grammy for Best Metal Album in 2006 with the album Ruun, and the third Norwegian Grammy in the same category for their album Vertebrae in 2008. Their new album Axioma Ethica Odini is being released 27 September in Europe and 28 September in North America. The band is supported by The Norwegian ministry of Foreign Affairs through MIC.

GHOST BRIGADE are ready to continue their rocketing success story with their third full-length “Until Fear No Longer Defines Us”. After scoring high praise and top grades already for their debut “Guided by Fire” (2007) the Finns really took off with “Isolation Songs” (2009). This second album witnessed GHOST BRIGADE not only winning the sound check of German Metal Hammer and a second place in Rock Hard, but also gained them entries into ‘Best of the year’ lists all over Europe as well as invitations to festivals like Wacken Open Air, Graspop Metal Meeting, Hellfest, Summer Breeze and many more, where they performed memorable shows. As a final reward GHOST BRIGADE opened for their countrymen AMORPHIS during their European tour of 2010, which was sold out in many venues. Refining their original melodic and melancholic modern Metal sound with “Until Fear No Longer Defines Us”, the Finns take the next step in their fast rising career.
